I live in a Mitchell-Lama Cooperative and contacted Mr Hershey-Webb because I had been treated unfairly by my Coop Board. He went to work quickly and wrote to the Board based on information I gave him, responding promptly to my concerns and to the Board with well-worded, convincing (to me, and apparently to them) letters to support my case. It worked! He was always positive and supportive. I recommend him highly!
